![]() ![]() Reviews contractor Accident Prevention Plans (APPs) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) assessing the effectiveness of the contractor’s safety program, as required.Coordinates with the Management and Program Analyst for any Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) sampling requests and for access to controlled areas.Conducts periodic assessment, as required, of Government Contractor phone communication operations quality and effectiveness.Conducts assessments of Government Contractor data entry into the EDMS database.Provide escort of Government Contractor to sampling locations as required.For any reported instance of property damages, notify the Supervisory Environmental Engineer and COR. Immediately report the occurrence of defined chemical exceedances to the Supervisory Environmental Engineer.Assess contractor sample collection to ensure compliance with approved sampling plans. Assess the Government Contractor performing water sampling to ensure it is being conducted in proper locations at and within residences, schools, child development centers, child development homes, potable water distribution hydrants, and other determined locations per LTM and Drinking Water Sampling Plan established percentage parameters during monthly phases. Conducts direct oversight assessments on-site.Recommends variations in planned assessment methods and procedures to meet unusual problem situations. Prepares assessment schedules based on the Contractor’s provided work schedules and determination of critical assessment points involved.Reviews contract specifications and latest LTM Plan and Drinking Water Sampling Plan for compatibility with the administration of performance assessment methods.Create a work plan consisting of a set of milestones and obtaining approval from the Environmental Engineer and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) prior to.The contracts include drinking water data collection and analysis for approximately 3,000 water samples in support of one line of operations (LOO): long-term monitoring of the restoration of drinking water at military resident housing, schools, child development centers, and potable water distribution hydrants.
